Foo-dogs earrings
Product Description
Many tools of Chinese scholars, especially Brush Rests, Brush pots and Wrist Rests, were created in the form of various animals such as these Foo Dogs.
Originals were made during the Qing dynasty (early 19th century), in clear glass with blue overlay.
24K gold plate over pewter. Gold-filled ear-wires. Each earrings measures approximately 0.6" x 0.6".
