Greek pomegranate carnelian necklace

      Our 16” necklace was inspired by the Greek necklace (shown on left), in the form of pomegranates, which were symbols of fertility.
      Probably from the Greek coast of Asia Minor or from Lydia.  6th century B.C.
      24 Karat gold-plate over pewter, enhanced by Carnelian beads.
